Jim Conway, principal broker for Conway Commercial Group represented the seller, Maureen Hager in the sale of 719 Pontiac Avenue, Cranston. This is a 2,250 square foot commercial/retail building.
The space was sold to B&K Electric LLC, a residential and commercial full service electrical contractor. B&K was represented by Albert Cardente of NextHome Ocean State Realty Group.
