Jim Conway, principal broker for Conway Commercial Group represented the landlord, AMT Holdings, LLC on the lease at 236 Atwells Avenue, Providence. This is the site of the former Providence Siena Restaurant and consists of 3,528 square feet of fully built out, established restaurant location.
The space was leased to Albro Restaurant Group, LLC operating under the trade name of Capt Loui represented by Sungjong Park of Premier Realty Group.
